"refused treatment"

About: London Independent Hospital

I attending this hospital via the nhs, the reason was because i had been left waiting so long on the nhs, i was forgotten about and overlooked so was sent private because i had waited so long, i didn't ask to be sent here. when my appointment came i was refused an epidural injection because i was originally referred to an nhs hospital, i tried to explain the the referral had not appeared, i tried for at least two years to get it sorted and thats why i was sent private, yet because of this i was refused the injection, i was told some people do this to avoid the nhs waiting list, i was very upset about it, please if you don't want to treat nhs patients then why take them on.
