"Answering of telephones"

About: James Paget University Hospital

I have currently been recieving 9 months of treatment for fertility and everytime I have tried to call the department I can never get through, straight to voicemail. This is very stressful and distressing. Even when phone messages have been left I have not received replies. I appreicate how busy the department is and cannot fault the service I have received once I have been there but when your told to contact at specific times and you cannot get through it is very stressful.
