I had a colonoscopy in September 2014. All the medical staff were amazing from my consultant to the nursing staff who were understanding and extremely professional, as well as, very friendly. The ward receptionist was also welcoming, friendly and very helpful too. The only downside for me were the main receptionists who were arrogant bordering on rude. But that aside, I would definitely recommend this hospital.
