"Outstanding care at A&E and Harpur Ward for our..."

Our 83 year old mother received outstanding care and speedy action starting with the initial attendance by a Paramedic, admission at A&E, scan, and subsequent transfer to Harpur Ward. She had a massive bleed on the brain and was unconscious for the entire week until she peacefully slipped away. Members of the family were allowed to be with her round the clock and all were impressed with the various members of staff involved in her care not to mention the other patients in the bay. All were treated in a friendly caring manner coupled with dignity and respect. Cannot thank everyone enough for their outstanding professionalism and empathy. It needs to be shouted from the rooftops to counter the relentless bad press!
