"Day case for minor surgery ward D5"

I was worried about having surgery. Although it was only a minor procedure I was very anxious, but I needn't have been because I was immediately put at ease by the friendly, professional and caring staff. I was treated with respect and dignity at all times. The reception staff, nurses and all the surgical team were very attentive and caring and I did feel that I was in safe hands. I also cannot fault the cleanliness of the wards, toilets and corridors. People are so quick to criticise, but I think it is also important to give credit when things go well, so thank you for making it a very positive experience for me.
