"Excellent care in A&E and beyond"

From the lady who "checked me in" to my ultimate discharge the next day I had excellent care from the staff at Broomfield Hospital. An initial wait in A&E for triage was inevitable given how busy the department was, but I found staff to be professional, helpful and supportive and most of all I felt confident in their hands. I couldn't have got a better level of service anywhere in the world. I know that this is not always the case but the NHS is facing a growing burden of challenges on a daily basis. Thank you to the staff at Broomfield A&E and then in Ambulatory Care and the Overnight Assessment Unit - you do a difficult job, and I appreciated your help!
