"Friendly and efficient"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

Every time I have been to the hospital which is quite frequently I have found all staff to be friendly and efficient, I can't remember the last time I was left waiting for more than 10 minutes over my appointment time and more often than not I go in a few minutes early.
