"my friend had to lay down between the doors."

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

My friend can't sit due to pain, had to lay down between the doors as there's no space to lay available inside. A nurse quite callously said he had chosen to lay down there. If there was at least a couch or something so you don't have to sit.

Dear Alex, we're very sorry that it's taken us so long to acknowledge receipt of your feedback.

Clearly it should never be necessary for someone to lay down in an entrance way, and we're sorry that your friend felt he had no other choice but to do so.

Your comments have been shared with the management team.

With kind regards, The PALS Team.
