"Really helpful nurses"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

It was about a year ago at the contraceptive clinic at Canterbury Hospital.

In a very emotional situation for me, I was treated with respect and in a very polite, professional but friendly manner.

The nurse Pauline was amazing and I wanted to send a special message of thanks to her as I haven't forgotten her kindness and what a good example of her profession that she is. However, all the team were caring and went out of their way to show compassion even when due to anxiety I cannot be the the easiest patient to work with. They never made me feel that I wasn't welcome.

Please, please pass on my thanks. I doubt they will remember as it was long time ago but I haven't forgotten and I have never had such a good experience with any healthcare.

Thank you!

Thank you so much for your feedback, I will try and locate Pauline to let her know. Glad we were able to help at a sensitive time for you.
