"absolutely excellent service, treatment, advice..."

Today I visited A&E as an outpatient after being referred by my gp. Quite simply the team in triage were brilliant , very quick , waiting time was minimal and the man who checked me out was extremely professional . He then asked me to wait to see a doc ; again about 2 mins later they doctor called me in. He explained what was happening in my eye , checked , analysed and prescribed treatment. He gave me a prescription and directed me to pharmacy. Again pharmacy team were quick in providing the prescription. I am so impressed with this team . simply excellent!
