I would like to extend my gratitude and thanks to the staff I encountered last weekend at this hospital. After calling 111 out of hours, I got to speak to a very kind doctor who was both helpful and interested in my case. I would also like to thank the night porter who let me in and out of the building- he was very thoughtful and caring. A great service during a stressful time. Thanks again.
