In the light of all the negative publicity that the NHS and a&e are currently receiving I just wanted to express how pleased I was with the treatment I received on monday night. It was extremely efficient and The staff were brilliant. I was initially a bit worried about having to attend a&e, thinking, dont want to waste their time,how long will i wait... Though as it turned out I was having a rather serious allergic reaction i needed to be there! I was triaged within 10-15 mins and saw the dr probably no more than 10 mins after that. Thank you to all the staff who dealt with me. You all do amazingly and its such a shame that its always the negative publicity the NHS receives!

Throughout the extra pressures on emergency services over recent weeks our staff have provided a safe and timely service for the vast majority of patients and they will be delighted to hear such positive feedback.
