"10/10 care"

I am not usually the sort of person to post comments on the services I receive, whether good or bad, but on this occasion I felt that I must. Recently I experienced real difficulty in breathing and massive pains in my chest, something which has never before happened to me. This experience was very scary for me and my Family but after a 999 call and being admitted into New Cross the problems have been diagnosed and hopefully under control. The whole experience has now left me with very positive thoughts about the NHS. Every step of the way was dealt with quickly, professionally and with great empathy. Every single aspect of this hospital was top notch, from the quality of food, cleanliness, professionalism and care. I could not fault the service. I would also like to mention a Nurse on ward C21 who although under great pressure looking after me and other patients she regularly went above and beyond her duties, never got tired of my stupid inane questions and who was a great comfort to me in a time that was very scary. A very big Thank You to New Cross Hospital and its dedicated staff.
