Had a procedure in September ovarian cyst removal followed by a full hysterectomy in December 2014. From Start to finish it was like clockwork . Everything ran smooth the staff were excellent , the doctors informative and personable. The nurses welcoming. The dinner ladies polite and kind. It worked , it's about teamwork . In my line of work I visit many hospitals and I believe they could learn a few things from the way the Royal South Hants is run. A smile goes a long way.
