"Wonderful staff and facilities - Thankyou"

I attended gynaecology for a colposcopy. The staff were professional and caring and really took the time to explain everything. The facilities were excellent and so much dignity with separate changing area and little touches like personal hygiene wipes and pads in case spares required. I was so terrified before this treatment and I would have no hesitation in recommending the department to family or friends. First class service and even took the time to call me back to reassure me after I had left and had a wobble. LLetz procedure completed with no pain and wonderful support from the staff present. I am so appreciative of the support and the professional way I was dealt with. I had just lost my mum to cancer when I received my smear results. This treatment made me so grateful that we have an NHS that we can be proud of. Thank you to all the staff
