Whilst in QMC having a complete knee replacement I was treated as a person and not a number. All my needs were taken care of and I was looked after very well. The staff on ward F18 are great. They are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, although I appreciate they are very busy. I don’t particularly want to go in again too soon but on the whole I cannot fault anything or anyone there.
