"Routine investigation"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

Arrived early and escorted to single room. Had a short wait before being attended to. Initial Staff nurse pleasant and helpful but subsequent nurse less approachable. All theatre staff pleasant and despite feeling anxious they helped me to relax. Returned to ward and offered refreshments immediately. Discharge information provided and allowed to go home as soon as able.
