"What excellent service"

I took myself to A&E with severe stomach pains and was treated decently and professionally by all staff. My trip included being admitted to hospital for what was diagnosed as a twisted bowel (which later untwisted itself) but the care and attention I received was exemplary. Starting with a quick response to being seen by a nurse followed by a doctor, a scan and then a surgeon who diagnosed the problem, I felt fully reassured that I was in good hands. My trip then to a ward was backed up by solid care and a due care of attention to make sure I was comfortable. Overall Broomfield appear to be getting things right. The hospital itself is extremely clean and the main entrance and receptions areas are bright and welcoming and provide the right start to what you hope is going to be a brief visit. On top of this there appears to be a genuine comaraderie between the staff that re-enforces the postive approach to patient care. Thanks again for all your help.
