"Horrible!"

It's impossible to get hold of anyone from the sleep clinic/physiotherapy department on the phone. No one calls you back if you leave a message. I ended up having to get my dr to refer me for a simple appointment to get a new mask! When I did finally manage to get to the hospital to swap my mask over the staff were so rude, I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. I dread coming here.
