Amazing. When I first came to Crisis Point I felt alone, worthless, confused and burden, I felt like I couldn’t go on living and didn’t like myself much. Now on leaving, I’m more positive, I’ve got hope for the future.
I’ve still got my problems, some will never go but now I know how to deal with things much better, thanks to the amazing staff and comfortable environment, I couldn’t have asked for better.
I felt safe and knowing that someone was there 24hrs a day to help in any situation was a big help…I was so nervous and apprehensive at the thought of coming here but that went within the first evening.
There were some really hard times but the staff are fantastic…a quick chat with any of them calmed me down and made me feel better…Thank you!
