(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My son has seen the same dentist for many years at Strelley Dental Clinic. When Patricia retired we were a little concerned how he would react to a new dentist.

Sarah was so kind and care was shown in abundance. My son felt very happy to be treated by her. Sarah is excellent at her job and my son is going to be able to relax when he gets future appointments.

Its always difficult when someone you have seen for a long time leaves and you have to see someone new. It sounds like you and your son had a very positive experience with Sarah and that your son feels relaxed enough to attend future appointments.
