"my stay for othoscopic surgery"

I was in the private wing in October 2013 for a knee operation. I found the staff thoroughly professional and helpful in every way. All questions were answered and I was made to feel completely at ease. I am sure if one looks "hard" enough you can find fault. Any post op info required was also administered professionally and succinctly., Possibly the registration could be speeded up, but otherwise no complaints. I've had worse experience in a London hospital.
