"A&E"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (London)

On 15-1-15 I was advised by the 111 service to present myself to the A&E at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital to have a ECG test as I was suffering extreme anxiety and had some chest pain. I was seen in the urgent care section having waited for about 15 minutes.I was seen by a Doctor who was so calming so thoughtful and spent time with me to completely calm me down so I could have the ECG test. The staff couldnt have been kinder and were very professional in all aspects . It was very busy with a lot of patients so I really appreciated the way I was looked after and would like to send a big "thank-you"
