"Irresponsible assessor"

About: The Royal London Hospital

the lady who assesed me for my nose injury between 5.30 pm to 6 pm on 26th jan 2015 was so rude , unfriendly and uncaring .she did not listen to me neither try to understand my health condition.she speaks in the worst way possible to a woman who is in extreme pain. she has no respect or sensitivity training. Before I went here I heard the staff was bad but did not believe it.. but when i went today reception staff was really nice .specially the person who was standing near the reception to guide people.but when i called for assesment .the lady assesor treated me like a animal .i have too much pain in my eyes and feeling difficulty to move them but she said just take paracetamol .fair enough but when i show her my sorethroat ,infected tonsils with puss she said go to pharmacy or gp while pharmacy man told me this is serious you should be given antibiotics and we are unable to give you antibiotics without prescription . i wasted my 2 hours .i should go to any other hospital's emergency instead of london royal.
