About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

switchboard took ages to answer, when finaly they put through to CF dept nobody answered, I hung on until they switched me off.

Thank you for letting us know about the problems you have had getting through to switchboard. We’re sorry you have had difficulties getting through to us and understand how frustrating it can be when you need to speak to somebody and can’t get through.

We have informed our switchboard manager so they are aware of the issue and look into why there are delays. If you need to contact the CF Unit in the future, you can so by calling 0115 924 9924 ext. 54166.
