"Best experience I've ever had of NHS services"

I attended UHSM for a day case procedure under plastics. I cannot thank the entire staff body involved from the first encounter with reception, the nurses at all stages of my operation to the consultants in charge of my care. Every member of staff was friendly and considerate. They involved me in all decisions, kept me informed of findings and were mindful of putting me at ease throughout. I cannot thank the staff enough. They are a brilliant example of what the NHS can do. i was in and out by 1.30 pm. I could not have asked for more. Thank you all so much.
