"Blood tests"

I checked the website for blood test times at midday and it states open until 2pm. Having just walked to the hospital it was rather irritating to get to the department to find a piece of paper stuck over the blood test sign (nothing written in it) then in the waiting room a scribbled note sellotaped on the white board stating Hythe hospital no longer offering blood tests, see GP. ...For what? Are they going to do them? Unlikely. So why haven't you put this information on the website along with the alternative options? Not very professional and certainly doesn't support the nurses who are the ones that have to deal with people.
