"My mother has been in hospital for 2 weeks now and..."

My mother has been in hospital for 2 weeks now and her stay has been awful having been left in a toilet for 45 minutes ringing for assistance. Nurses generally being lazy and unhelpful. The hospital never communicate with the family. The ward in question rarely opens for visitors on time despite the fact they always have time to gossip. My mother has even seen staff on Facebook and booking holidayso on hospital computers. There were other personal issues which I will be raising in a private complaint.
