Admitted to ward on 20/01/15 with a very painful kidney infection and I can't praise the staff enough, one staff nurse went above and beyond anything I could have expected, she has so much empathy and patience for everybody. it's not a nice experience being admitted to hospital and I'm a true hospital phobic but she made my stay there as comfortable as it could have been even taking time to chat with my teenage daughter about her college work . The hca is also an absolute treasure and offered to take me for my scan to save waiting for a porter as she knew how anxious I was to get home, spent five days on this ward and all the staff were fabulous!
