"Waiting for physiotherapist"

I have been seen by a community Physiotherapist he is very efficient and has provided me with a walking stick to prevent my fall. However, I received a phone call ( private number) saying that a worker from the contract out company will come to me at 10: 30am.

I waited for an hour no one comes so I started to find a phone to call the community physiotherapy team and in vein it is not in the website and when I call some one said they are closed in Redbridge and I got very very frustrated and I have used an hour or so and finally find this site hope that you can help.

Another thing to remind other patients is to ask the phone number and person to call back even they might not tell you.
