"Children's Assessment Unit"

When my son was having difficulty breathing we were obviously really worried. The nurses and doctors in A&E were superb, keeping us fully informed and listening to us-valuing our opinion. When we were moved onto the CAU, again the staff just cannot be faulted. Shift patterns make no difference as all of the staff are just, well, amazing! Horrible experience but made so much easier by people who genuinely care. Cannot thank everyone enough!
