"Shocked with the treatment"

My son, fever 37.9 since yesterday, and inflammation in the neck nodes. They didn't give him even paracetamol for the fever! Nothing! Doctor just told me he doesn't have nothing. And I went home! I gave my son paracetamol at home and tomorrow I will have to go to private doctor. I pay taxes!! Is this the service we deserve???!!! Unbelievable!!
