My Step-Father is virtually a prisoner in the Hospital and loosing weight rapidly ! He was 57.6 kilos on arrival and three weeks later has dropped to just over 47 ; this is scandalous !!!! Hi notes on Hydration are non existent and his food intake notes are barley legible ! The Staff are demoralised and under-staffed ! A real house of horrors and not fit for purpose ( IMHO ) Regards...
