"Admission to the Cardiac Catheter Suite"

I arrived at the stated time and was met by a nurse the suite was bright, clean and very welcoming. The staff were available, skilled, friendly and made me feel very relaxed. At all times I was fully aware of all that was happening. Nothing was any bother for the staff their attitude was exceptional. The Doctor fully explained what he planned to do and was open to all my questions and I felt I was in very good hands. I can not speak too highly of this unit because the whole focus by all the staff was on the patient and their experience. Any Heart procedure brings anxiety and concern but the stff on this unit fully understand this and go out of their way to reduce all fears and concerns. Thank you so much for all you do you are all exceptional people.
