My Nan was admitted to heartlands hospital on ward 11, in January, sadly my nan passed away but in the short time my Nan was in this hospital all my Nan done was praise the fantastic care, treatment & respect from all the Kind caring nurses & doctors on ward 11.
My family and I, all noticed how caring & professional every member of staff was on this ward. We are grieving such a sad loss of the most beautiful, kind hearted lady we will all ever know, but my Nan's passing was done with such respect & dignity, and thats down to such caring & thoughtful staff.
The NHS service is so quickly criticised by the media, very rarely is the NHS staff ever mentioned for how hard they all work, under such tremendous pressures, with still maintaining a loving caring approach to every patient.
A big thank you to all on Ward 11, I do hope they read this.
