About: St James's University Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Due to bladder problems, I was admitted to St James’s Hospital. I thought the transport was not acceptable on my return journey due to a 2-3 hour wait in the cold corridor of the hospital.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story. I was very sorry to hear that you had to wait for transport and that this wait was in a cold corridor.
