When I asked for an appointment at Green Lane Surgery I was told my doctor was busy until a month later. Then was told to get to the surgery before 8am the next day and wait for the surgery to open and may get my own doctor. Very good for appointments/waiting time, cleanliness, safety, treated with respect/dignity, listened to. Average for information given and involved in decisions about your care.
