Points raised at Yorkshire and Humber launch day

· Directory of Services – how to get services like IAPT on and more specialised services like transgender?

· How to manage services that are jointly provided?

· How will the local press handle and use these stories

· What about accessibility for those who don’t speak English or don’t use the web?

· How do PALS and PPI and Comms and Service Managers all integrate this together in a way that works for each?

· What abut vexatious complaints?

· Need for hyper links with in responses

· Ability to post about Trust issues not just a way of receiving stories from service users.
