"Referred after calling 111"

After calling 111 as my son was ill, they referred me here where on arrival we were seen straight away by the receptionist who was very polite. We then waited to see the nurse for about 5-10 minutes. The nurse was lovely and very thorough. This is a much better service then waiting in A&E for hours with children who are unwell and all they want is their bed. Thanks so much for all your help!
