I attended Ward B4 at Halton Hospital on 15th January 2015. I cannot praise the hospital enough for its high standards of patient care. Every member of staff I had any dealings with were supportive and engaging and each made absolutely every effort to put me at my ease and ensure that my experience was a good one. This level of care was demonstrated by every member of staff at every level including receptionist, nurses, health care assistants, porters, anaesthetists and surgeons. Given the significant pressures that the NHS is currently facing, the hospital must be commended for its commitment to these excellent standards of patient care.
