I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to all staff involved in the care of my daughter. From the moment we arrived in A&E as instructed by our GP on 16th January 2015 to her discharge 19th January 2015. The treatment and care cannot be faulted. A huge thanks to all the nurses and the consultants who were there throughout I am truly grateful. I am truly grateful to the surgeon who performed the operation and all the surgical team involved with the operation, and very much appreciated the fact that despite the lateness of the evening the surgeon came back on the ward to let my husband and I know what he had done. The aftercare from all nurses we could not ask for better or more than they provided. Also the Children's Community Nursing Team for their care and attention after being discharged from the hospital. At times going into hospital is a very frightening experience for us and our loved ones, perhaps because off that it maybe that people forget that whilst the staff are only human, they are the experts. Patients and family members should always be treated with dignity and respect, we as patients and family members should always treat the NHS and their staff members with the same dignity and respect. Thank you all once again.
