"My experience in the A & E Department"

I was an emergency admittance to the A & E Department on the Evening of Sunday 19th January 2015 with on going and severe loss of Blood. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff and in particular the nurse who helped to stabilise my condition and went with me to a ward for the very kind care, skill and attention which the Department gave to me that night and which saved my life. The care, kindness and attention I received was brilliant and was a great help in getting me through what was a very traumatic and frightening experience. Please pass on my thanks to all the A & E team for their skill and attention that night.
