"Praise For The Eye Department"

I would like to praise the service I received in the Eye Department today ( 23rd January, 2015). at Darlington Memorial Hospital. This morning, during an eye examination, my optician found a foreign body of some kind in my right eye. She emailed the Eye Department and only a few hours later I was rung up by the Department and invited to attend for an appointment. I was seen almost immediately in Urgent Care by cheerful efficient staff, the piece of grit (or whatever it was!) was quickly removed and I was sent away with anti-bacterial ointment. I can't fault the treatment I received and would like to thank all concerned. Wonderful, friendly and highly efficient service!
