About: University Hospital Of Hartlepool

Very well received by Receptionist and handed over to a Nurse who took notes to complete a Consent Form and to explain the procedure. All completed in a very professional manner. Handed over to another Nurse who accompanied me during the procedure and upon completion took me to the recovery room. The whole episode could not be improved upon in my opinion
