In the past 10 days I have met several members of this team and today received day care investigative treatment. The team were absolutely 1st rate. They showed me total respect at all times, they explained everything thoroughly and clearly, they invited questions at all appropriate times. The surgical team treat me as a person rather than a number or case at all times. They were reassuring, caring, and supportive before, during, and after my procedure. If the government want to see an exemplar endoscopy unit this is it!
