Response from James Paget University Hospital

Adrian, I am so sorry to see your comments. I appreciate you don't live near us now, but I wonder if you want the opportunity to talk to somebody if you haven't had that chance, or whether you are just happy that your problem has now been resolved. It would be useful for us to look at your case and see what happened so we can learn from it. If you would like to get in touch, our Patient Advice and Liaison Service can help - see more information on our website http://www.jpaget.nhs.uk/patients-visitors/patient-advice-liaison-service-(pals)-and-complaints/ I hope we hear from you. Ann Filby, Head of Communications
