"wards are not consistent with treatment"

Very let down as an in patient in ward t4. My dad went in walking and talking but caime out able to do neither. Make sure you check your admission folder. Lots of discrepancies. Should have had drip, fed nil by mouth in end. I never see occ therapy. Never see doctor. Just nurses regular checks. Dr would only look at folder and say nothing we couldnt work out for ourselves. Avoid at all costs.
