My mum Dolly (Mary) was admitted to A&E with a broken leg and then transferred to ward 4B orthopedics. She was in RLH from 18/11/14 to 29/12/14 during which time she received excellent care throughout. My mum also has dementia which was always taken into consideration and she was treated with respect and dignity at all times. This meant so much to the family making us feel she was safe and secure when she was there. I wish I could remember, name and thank all the staff concerned but there was so many from A&E through to 4B. I would particularly like to say a big thank you to the Consultant from 4B for his kindness and professionalism and keeping us well informed at all times. Also I must mention the staff nurse for his time and consideration (+ smiles) even though he was overworked thank you so much. Because of the care my mum received during her stay I would not hesitate in recommending this hospital to anyone.
"Excellent care"
