"Excellent care and great staff"

My daughter was admitted with seizures and we were seen straight away by A&E. They administered the necessary controlling drugs promptly and kept us informed all the way, while also taking notice of our concerns and knowledge (my daughter has a drugs protocol). The staff in A&E were excellent and supported us all the way. On transfer to the childrens ward F1, the quality of care was top notch too, although I do wish they would clarify what toilets and kitchens we could use as it differs from one member of staff to the next - we have stayed in F1 a number of times and I wish they would just accept that parents need toilets and drinks/food. At all times we were made to feel 'welcome' and I can't praise the staff highly enough
