I am happy with my stay. I have been here a few days now and I am finding everything adequate. The nurses are considerate, they think about you.

Thank you so much for sharing your first impressions of you stay here on Cherry Ward, that you find the nurses thoughtful. Its always good to have positive feedback and I hope during your stay you will continue to let us know what you feel about our service whether positive or negative. Positive feedback gives staff a lovely morale boost, but negative feedback is just as vital to us addressing what concerns you and putting it right if we can.

Please continue to make use of Patient Opinion, you can also approach any member of the nursing team at any time with concerns. We also have the trust service user and carer experience questionnaire to provide feedback or the ward patients meeting on alternative Wednesday mornings where you can meet staff and share your ideas and concerns about the ward and the service it provides.
